Safety
Bannerdown makes every possible effort to be a safe
club. Safety is not a separate aspect of what we do
but, instead, is embedded at every stage of our activities.
With human beings involved, however, we are not free
from mistakes and omissions. We do try hard to learn
from our mistakes.
If any member is concerned about any safety aspect, they should:
-
first try to resolve it on the spot.
-
if that is not possible, report it to the Safety Member.
-
incident reports can be verbal, written, e-mail, whatever. It is possible that e-mail will get the best response.
- Incidents reports can be as discrete as the reporter wishes.
